Ctrl+Alt+Command+8    - invert
F9                    - Expose: show all windows
Command+Dim (F1)      - toggle display mirroring
Command+Brighten (F2) - detect displays (including built-in)

then do:

Preferences:

Declare terminal type ($TERM) as: dterm

Window Settings:

Emulation:Paste newlines as carriage returns:on
Buffer:Scrollback:Wrap lines that are too long:on
                  Rewrap lines on window resize:on
                  Scroll to bottom of input:on
Display:Text:Anti-aliasing:off
